We ship normally within 24 HOURS after receiving payment. UPS ground takes 3- 5 business days though errors and delays do occur. Some larger orders may take longer due to inventory demands. Although we typically ship UPS Ground, we maintain the option to use a an LCL carrier which can take up to 7 to 10 business days. Please do not make arrangements with your contractor for installation until you have received the product , verified quantity and color. The distributor assumes no liability  for contractor cost for errors or delays in product delivery. If ordering from Canada please look over Canadian Shipping Taxes

As with all natural stone the products are subject to color variances which are part of the natural look and beauty of these products. Pebble and rock size variations from sheet to sheet can also be expected as this product is hand assembled by many local artisans and as such is subject to variance from piece to piece.

Returns & Cancellations

We accept returns within 15 days of the shipping date: All materials must be received in original cartons and in new condition ( see Refunds and Returns Policy). The shipping cost is non-refundable. A 35% RESTOCKING FEE will be applied to returned merchandise. Shipping returns are the buyers responsibility. Due to the weight of the product shipping is expensive so we highly recommend ordering a sample in advance of purchases.

QUANTITY: Minimum Order of 11 square feet for pebbles sheets and borders.
